- 12½° pitched roof (max ridge single garages 8ft, eaves 6ft6in) which has 70 x 70mm planed and treated wooden purlins fastened to primed and fabricated steel trusses and heavy duty corrugated fibre cement, non-combustible sheets supported on steel rafters.
- Timber fascia and verge boards which have been factory treated.
- 2¾ inches thick reinforced, machine vibrate pre-cast concrete panels Grade 11 'Classic Spar' pebbledash finish.
